10 years after their first gig, TARRAS have returned to the fold after
a long sabatical and look forward to treating new and old audiences to
their unique sound, and sensitive combination of self penned and newly
arranged traditional songs and music.
based round the original three founding members,Ben Murray, Joss
Clapp and Rob Armstrong, TARRAS have slipped back over the border to
there native Cumbria with a few new recruits and a wealth of new
material.with extensive tours in the UK and the USA planned for next
year, TARRAS are performing a handfull of performances this summer and
look forward to entertaining again. Solfest is proud to welcome them to the Drystone Stage
and cannot wait for what will be without a doubt one of the highlights
of this years festival.
