The owner and operator of this site believe in a common sense approach. The main points to remember are:

  • Defamation, slander or libel
  • Intolerance of religion, race, sex, disability, sexuality and/or class
  • Threats of violence or other intimidation
  • Copyright theft

Financial agreements are based upon their individual contracts, whether they are a written or an implied ‘verbal’ agreement. The owner and operator of this site do not accept any liability or involvement in any other contracts, unless they are specifically named within the initial written agreement.

Any text and/or computer files, which are uploaded by a visitor, are done so on the understanding that they are the author and/or have the copyright owner’s permission. By uploading content you are giving the owner and operator of this site permission to use your work in an unrestricted way, on the condition that you are credited for it.

If a visitor acts against the spirit of the above principles, then a system of ‘three strikes and you’re out’ applies. In extreme cases an instant and complete ban will be imposed. A ban consists having the offender’s IP address blocked from accessing this site’s servers. Appeals will be heard when sent to web@wizardmarra.com however, there is no automatic right and the decision of the site owner is final.

In the event that a criminal offence has or appears to have been committed, then the site owner and operator will assist the Police of England & Wales in pursuing a prosecution. This includes making a criminal complaint if one has not already been made.
