Has evolved and grown into two sensational live music events on the first and second Saturdays in every month taking place at one of the nicest pubs in Noth Cumbria

The first Saturday being the night we bring in the talent for a showcase evening and full gig by some of the finest up and coming acts and established performers well known on the circuit.

As you can see from the poster we have the wonderful EMMA GILLESPIE in May, June sees an appearance by SHEEPISH featuring Neil and Yvonne Reay Bennet two mainstays from the late lamented West Cumbrian band TRYCKSTER and Matt Kirk (ex Delivo) and July brings back to the Spinners someone who always went down so well at the Open Mics until study at Newcastle took him to Geordieland to live, ROB HERON who will be accompanied by his TWO MAN ORCHESTRA.

The second Saturday is the old and familiar Open Mic with the addition of the potential to develop into a full on session later in the evening.
